Delete Your Sprai Account

Sprai lets users request deletion of their Sprai account and associated account data. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens after we receive it.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Sprai account, email us from the email address connected to your Sprai account.

If the email button does not work, send an email to support@getsprai.com with the subject Delete my Sprai account.

Please include the email address, username, or login provider connected to your Sprai account so we can identify it. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data We Delete

When your Sprai account is deleted, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with that account, including:

• account data, such as email address, username, profile details, and settings;
• authentication and login records associated with the account;
• user-created climbing content, such as wall photos, videos, problems, send logs, captions, comments, wall information, and similar content associated with the account;
• AI and feature data associated with the account, such as hold detections, annotations, and related technical outputs;
• other app data associated with the account where deletion is technically feasible.

Data We May Keep

We may keep limited data when retention is necessary for legitimate reasons, such as security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcing our rights.

Data that may be retained includes support correspondence, transaction and accounting records, security logs, legal records, and backup copies that remain for a limited time before being overwritten.

We may also keep aggregated, de-identified, or non-reversible technical materials that no longer identify you.

Timing

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonably quick period after verifying the request. Backup copies and some retained records may remain for a limited period before they are deleted, overwritten, or no longer associated with your account.
